Alex is very professional, thorough, hard working, and very friendly! He works very hard for his clients and gets quick results. He's very knowledgeable about the Portland-metro real estate market. He gave me great advice about how to prepare my condo for sale. He provided a folio with checklists and information to help me be successful in that preparation. For every question I had about the sales process, he responded with knowledgeable and experienced answers. I was amazed at the online advertisement he created to sell my condo (which sold very quickly).
